Access to Restoration Ranch is a very easy drive, fully paved, meandering through the quaint country roads until you arrive to rejuvenate the mind and spirit!
There are two parking options, for up to 4 vehicles, available; two spots at the top of the entrance to the left across from the propane tank and two spots at the bottom right, lower level. Entrance is at the top parking location using a code that will be provided 3 days prior to your arrival.

From the moment you step inside, your mountain cabin experience begins. A warm and inviting rustic dining area welcomes you, complete with a cozy gas fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. The newly remodeled kitchen features modern finishes and updated appliances, blending convenience with charming cabin character. In the living room, brand-new furniture offers comfort and style, while large windows overlook the peaceful pasture and showcase breathtaking long-range mountain views — the perfect backdrop for unwinding and making lasting memories.

Step outside to the covered deck, where classic Adirondack chairs invite you to sit back and soak in the peaceful surroundings. A spacious dining table for six makes it easy to enjoy meals together while taking in the sweeping mountain views and the tranquil horse pasture below. In the quiet of the mornings and the soft glow of evening, deer often roam through the pasture, creating a natural connection to nature at your mountain retreat. A telescope is provided for closer views of the pasture landscape and long-range mountain views.

To the left of the living room, you’ll find a cozy king bedroom suite designed for comfort and relaxation. Featuring brand-new furniture, a rustic two-person chair, dresser, and bedside tables with lamps, this inviting retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. The private bath includes a convenient tub/shower combination for a soothing soak or refreshing rinse.

On the right side of the living room is a second king bedroom, thoughtfully furnished with a dresser, bedside tables, lamps, and a small closet for storage. This bedroom provides access to a full-size shared bathroom that also serves as the laundry room, complete with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

The lower level features a spacious bunk room designed with relaxation and fun in mind. Outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and new flooring throughout, this inviting space makes the perfect kids’ escape or cozy retreat for additional guests. Just steps away, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower provides convenience and privacy, making the lower level both functional and comfortable for everyone.

Just off the lower-level bedroom, you’ll discover a one-of-a-kind game room (ReCreation room)— a repurposed garage, with a newly epoxy floor, transformed into the ultimate family fun zone. This spacious hangout is packed with entertainment, including a skee-ball game, bumper pool table (transferrable to a card table and poker table), stand-up arcade game, large connect four and foosball table.

Natural light pours in through the all-glass garage door, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere by day, while a glow-in-the-dark painted accent wall adds a playful touch at night. A split-unit AC/heat system keeps the space comfortable year-round. Unique details like a horse saddle chair add rustic charm, and with a new couch and large-screen TV, there’s plenty of room to relax between games. A customer built playhouse, affectionally known as Fort Frontier, tops of the fun and adventure!

For the added peace of mind, a whole-house Generac generator is provided ensuring uninterrupted power during storms or outages. Enjoy the comfort of knowing the cabin's essential systems—including heating, cooling, lighting, and appliances—continue running automatically when the power goes out.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the incredible full gym accessible by the stair path from the firepit to the separate building — a space designed to rival professional training facilities. The owner, a former professional college trainer, thoughtfully equipped this impressive workout area with everything you could possibly need. Guests have shared access to free weights, barbells, strength machines, cardio equipment, treadmills, and a wide variety of exercise equipment — truly a comprehensive fitness experience conveniently located a few steps from the cabin! For safety reasons, there are cameras monitoring the gym 24/7.

A full bathroom is provided within the gym area for added comfort and convenience. For safety, all guests must sign a waiver prior to use, and anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult while in the gym.

Restoration Ranch knows families are not complete without welcoming your fur babies. We allow up to two dogs, with no weight limit. Owners respectfully ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds to maintain comfort and cleanliness for all guests. For safety and courtesy, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. A large dog crate is provided in the downstairs bedroom closet for guests use.

There is fenced yard, to the right of the fire pit (fire pit is not enclosed with the fence) that gives plenty of room for your fur babies to roam.

The owners live on-site, but their personal property is thoughtfully separated by a large tree buffer, ensuring a peaceful and private experience for guests. The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and there is no weight limit. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture. A large dog crate is available in the downstairs bedroom closet for guests use.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Wildlife:
North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
