It is always fun to know how a cabin received its name. The owners have a love and connection to Harry Potter and their three kids grew up with the series. This bond carried over to their family experiences. Three Broomsticks is a popular wizarding pub in Hogsmeade where Harry and his friends would gather for ButterBeer and meals. This property has been the same for the owners. A place to gather with friends and family to spend time together. Now they wish to invite you to share this wonderful property. Thus the name Three Broomsticks!

Three Broomsticks is located in a gated community 12 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and
4 minutes from downtown McCaysville just off Highway 5. It provides easy access to all the surrounding attractions including: white-water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, breweries, wineries, waterfalls and other great adventures.

Access to the cabin is all paved roads with the exception of the last short distance of ¼ mile of well maintained gravel. The cabin has a circular concrete driveway with plenty of parking for up to five vehicles. 4x4 or AWD is not needed for this cabin. There is another cabin next to this one to the left. It faces away from Three Broomsticks.

The front porch provides a wide entry point with four stairs for access. A code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. There is also a lock box with a key if needed.

You will enter in the large living space with the kitchen to your right and the living area will be straight ahead, with expansive glass windows from floor to ceiling revealing the amazing long-range mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of cabinet and counter space, including a large center island with six bar stools. It features stainless steel appliances, farm sink, and everything you will need for the perfect meal. A Keurig, with starter coffee pods, is provided. In addition, there is a large pantry just off the kitchen, in the hallway for plenty of storage during your stay.

The living room has vaulted ceilings, large sectional sofa, two chairs, side tables with lamps, area rug, gas fireplace and smart TV. The Sonas sound bar is operated by the TV remote.

The dining area is just past the living room providing a wonderful view, with seating for up to 10 people.

There is a half-bath to the left as you enter providing convenience for guests and two large dog crates and dog bowls for your fur babies. In addition, two different dog beds are available.

The main level has two different balconies. One to the left as you face the view. This one has long-range views, outdoor dining, a gas grill, overhead propane heater and is screened. The other one is to the right and it provides excellent privacy, sectional sofa, gas fireplace, smart TV, two overhead mounted gas heaters for those cool nights and is also screened. The deck to the right can be accessed from the king suite bedroom as well.

There are two king suite bedrooms on the main level. The larger of the two is located on the left facing the view and the other is to the right. The larger one has a gas fireplace, smart TV, vaulted ceiling and a very large bathroom suite that includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. The other king bedroom provides a cozy private escape with smart TV and bathroom suite. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

The kids adventure starts up the stairs that are located to your left just upon entry. The loft provides an open space, with seating and game/puzzle board for endless entertainment. A great space to read a book, cozy up with their phone or just laugh and giggle amongst themselves.

A separate game room is to the left as you come up the stairs. It has three standup arcade games, foosball table, sofa, smart TV and Peloton machine if they really need to release some energy. 🙂

The bunk bedroom is to the right. As you enter there will be a twin over queen to the left and then the bedroom opens up with another single/single bunk bed and twin bed with pull out twin trundle. Six total sleeping spaces provided. The bedroom also has a play station with games, smart TV, bean bag chairs and other toys.

Venturing down to the lower level, the adults will find their playhouse. It features a wonderful bar with sink, mini fridge, cabinet/counter space and four bar stools. The game room has large windows for natural light, providing great long-range views, two oversized swivel chairs for the perfect nap, to cuddle up with a book or just soak in the beauty of the mountains. It features a slat pool table, shuffleboard, gas fireplace and smart TV. The perfect place for entertainment and memories to be made!

There are two additional balconies on this level. The one to the left, facing the view, will have a five person hot tub (towels are provided) and the one to the right will have a seating space with a gas fire pit. Propane tanks are provided. Please remember to close the valves when not in use.

The other two king bedrooms are on the lower level. The larger of the two is to the left and has direct access to the hot tub balcony. It has side tables, lamps, dresser, smart TV and seating chair. The large suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanities. The other king bedroom is to the right and has direct access to the balcony with the gas fire pit. It is cozy, private and has a bathroom suite with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. This bathroom can be accessed from the hallway, just off the game room for guests.

The lower level also has the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, towels for use outdoors, and laundry pods are provided.

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet

Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the fenced area. Waste bags, dog bowls and two crates are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request that dogs are kept off the furniture and you crate your dog while away.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Wednesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Wildlife:
North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.

Smoking Policy:
This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.

Credit card processing fees (~3%) are non refundable for Direct reservations.
