This charming cabin features classic board and batten siding with eye-catching dormers that add to its inviting mountain character. A large covered porch welcomes you to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings, while a pergola and spacious backyard create the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, and take advantage of the private garage apartment for extra space and comfort.

Entrance to the cabin is through the double glass doors on the front porch. A door code will be provided one day before arrival.

Step into the welcoming living room featuring a comfortable sofa and chairs arranged around a coffee table and cozy area rug. Warm lighting from stylish lamps creates a relaxing atmosphere, while the smart TV is perfect for movie nights. The spacious vaulted ceiling adds an airy, open feel, making this inviting space ideal for gathering and unwinding.

The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and a spacious layout designed for both cooking and gathering. A large island provides plenty of prep space and includes seating with three bar stools, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.

The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, making it ideal for family dinners or group meals. For coffee lovers, the kitchen is equipped with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can enjoy your favorite brew any time of day.

Located down the hall from the kitchen, the king master bedroom offers a comfortable retreat. The room features a king-size bed with nightstands and sconce lamps for convenient bedside lighting. A dresser provides additional storage, and the large mirrored closet offers plenty of space for clothing and personal items. A smart TV is also available to escape and watch your favorite show to unwind for the evening.

The master bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a double vanity with plenty of shared space. A convenient laundry closet with a washer and dryer is also located in the bathroom for guest use during your stay.

The cabin features three inviting outdoor spaces on the main level:
*Front Porch Seating Area – A cozy spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings
*Pergola Dining Section – Situated between the cabin and garage, perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings.
*Back Porch Seating Area – Overlooks the fire pit and backyard, ideal for unwinding and spending time with family or friends.

The large backyard is perfect for walking your fur babies, cozying up around the fire pit, and soaking in the beauty of mountain living. It’s an inviting space to relax, play, and connect with nature.

Upstairs features a cozy loft area with Twin XL bunk beds and an additional seating space, perfect for relaxing, reading, or spending time together.
Just off the loft is another large and spacious king master suite. This bedroom includes a smart TV, dresser, side tables with lamps, a closet for storage, and a comfortable area rug, creating a warm and inviting retreat.

Venture downstairs to the game room, a fun-filled space for entertainment and relaxation. The room features a bumper pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball for friendly competition. A large 75" smart TV, couch, and additional chairs provide plenty of space to kick back and enjoy movies or games with friends and family.

The lower level features a spacious third bedroom with a queen bed, side tables with lamps, and a smart TV, offering a comfortable and inviting space for guests to relax.

Just outside the lower-level queen bedroom is a newly built, spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

The lower patio features a covered area with a newly installed hot tub that comfortably seats six, offering a relaxing spot to unwind while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.
The separate garage apartment offers a private and comfortable space featuring a king bed with side tables and lamps, a work station, and a separate storage area for clothing. The living area includes a large sofa, 65" smart TV, area rug, sofa table with lamps, and a dining table.

The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee station (coffee provided), microwave and sink, making it convenient for morning coffee or a quick snack to enjoy while watching your favorite movie or show.

The garage apartment bathroom features a walk-in shower and a single vanity, providing a functional and private space for guests.

The garage area is not available for guests' use.

To keep the entire family together, Timber Breeze is dog-friendly, accommodating up to 2 dogs weighing 50 lbs each. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside, and guests are asked to respectfully keep them off beds and furniture.

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Wildlife:
North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
