All roads are fully paved, making access easy and smooth while still feeling tucked away in nature. Despite the serenity, adventure is close by—hiking in the Chattahoochee National Forest, whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River, horseback riding, wineries, breweries, and nearby towns like Blue Ridge with shopping and dining, all just a short drive away.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at Old Toccoa Farm, an award-winning mountain golf course ranked #8 among Golf Digest’s New Courses in 2022 that is just 5 miles away. Afterwards grab lunch at The Tavern. Animal lovers can also visit Project Chimps, a unique sanctuary dedicated to the lifelong care of retired research chimpanzees. From outdoor recreation to unforgettable local experiences, there’s truly something for everyone nearby.

There are two entrances in the front of the property; you will use the left entrance (the first one) for access. A unique entry code will be provided three days prior to arrival for convenient self check-in. There is ample parking for up to four vehicles, with two designated paved spaces and additional gravel parking located directly in front of the cabin for easy access.

The entrance opens into a large, open living area with vaulted ceilings that create a bright, spacious feel. The space features a comfortable sofa and chairs arranged around end tables and lamps, all anchored by an area rug for a cozy touch. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while a smart TV provides entertainment for relaxing evenings indoors. A convenient half bath is located just off the living room, easily accessible from the main living area for guests.

The large gourmet kitchen features a six-burner gas range with oven, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet and countertop space for cooking and entertaining. A spacious island comfortably seats six, creating a central gathering spot for dining and conversation. Just off the kitchen is a mud room and laundry room, conveniently accessible from the second front entrance, offering added functionality for arrivals, storage, and longer stays.

Just off the living room is the first of three king bedrooms, a private ensuite offering an inviting escape for the perfect night's sleep. The bathroom features separate his-and-her vanity areas, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private water closet, along with a large walk-in closet for ample storage. The bedroom includes a smart TV, dresser, end tables with lamps, a chair, and an area rug, creating a warm welcome.

Step outside to the expansive covered deck that extends the living space outdoors. It features a dining table for six, a secluded gathering area centered around a wood-burning fireplace with a sectional sofa, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. An additional seating area invites you to relax under the stars, with every space offering beautiful, sweeping mountain views and a true sense of serenity.

Moving downstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a comfortable sofa and chairs arranged around a gas fireplace and a large-screen smart TV, creating a relaxed spot for movie nights or unwinding after a day of adventure. Just off this area is a dedicated game room featuring a foosball table and a stand-up arcade machine with multiple game options, offering entertainment for all ages in a fun, casual setting. In addition, a convenient wet bar is available with a pull out cooler.

On each side of the lower living space are two additional bedrooms. To the right is a king ensuite featuring a dresser, side tables, lamps, chair, area rug, and smart TV, along with a private bathroom offering a walk-in shower. To the left is another king bedroom with a dresser, side table, lamps, and smart TV. Just outside this bedroom is the third full bathroom, complete with a tub and shower combo for added convenience.

Off the lower living area is a concrete patio featuring two gliders, two additional seats with foot stools, and a 5-person hot tub with a TV for relaxing evenings outdoors. The space opens to a gently sloping, mulched yard that provides an ideal area for kids to play and for enjoying outdoor games, all surrounded by the peaceful mountain setting.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closets.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Wildlife:
North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
