Tucked away off the main road, venture through a forest canopy to a custom tiny house overlooking the lake with stunning views. Providing 12ft ceilings, two camper king beds, 8 ft. live edge dining, large windows, all the comforts of home, and 400 sq. ft. of covered patio! The cares fade away!

Custom-crafted tiny house designed by campers for campers, featuring 12’ ceilings and breathtaking lake views. Includes a private camper king bedroom with a second camper king loft above, an 8’ live-edge bar table with four swivel chairs overlooking the water, modern fold-out couch, electric fireplace, and Smart TV.

The loft bed is not enclosed or private. It is above the private enclosed king bedroom and accessible from the living room using a fixed ladder.

The full kitchen includes induction burners, convection microwave, farm sink, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator. Large windows add natural light and split unit AC/Heat provide comfort in any season. The full bathroom offers a spacious shower, raised bowl sink, plumbed lavatory and washer/dryer for convenience.

A full EV charger is provided with cable hookup and adapters. It is a 30 amp Level II. It does not have a Tesla adapter but you can use your own cord/adapter. There is an additional 30 amp adapter configuration.

Outside, enjoy a 400 sq. ft. covered patio designed for relaxation and entertainment. The space features a gas grill, dining table with umbrella, wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating area overlooking the 5-acre lake and surrounding mountain views. Perched high above the entrance driveway, the tiny house offers elevated panoramic scenery and a peaceful, private retreat atmosphere.

The dock area, with kayak and paddle boat, is offered to the guests, providing convenient lake access for everyone. Multiple size life jackets are provided as well as a floating throw ring. Using the kayak and paddle boat is at your own risk. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to use it without adult supervision.

Safety Guidelines and Signs:
Please follow all safety guidelines outlined in the communications provided in the welcome emails and signs including:
-No diving
-Swim at your own risk
-Fishing is catch and release
-Do not feed or pet the horses - pastures next the Tiny House
-Stairs are provided to the dock with solar lights
-Dock has solar lights
-Life jackets and throw ring provided
-Kayak and paddleboat use is at your own risk

The location does have another cabin across the lake and neighbors behind you with horse pastures. You can observe the horses from the fence line but not feed or attempt to pet or trespass onto the property.

The drive is all paved roads until you turn on the access road that is less than a 1/8 mile to the Tiny House. The driveway portion to the Tiny House is paved.

Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

When I tell you this is truly God's country, this was the most amazing, quiet place I've vacationed alone. The place was amazing. I never get to take naps during the day, but this place was just perfect. Ever had a summer rain, while you watch the ducks swim in the lake with a glass of wine in your hand and your dog on the other? What an amazing stay! Oh and wear can I get some of that soap!!!!! I am so serious when I say, I am going to make this a quarterly stay to get away and decompress. What an amazing stay! Thank you all for such a great spot!

PMI was very nice and clean, me and my girlfriend loved the wild life and the dock on the lake. We will definitely be back again I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a nice romantic getaway.
