And, of course, we couldn’t leave out our friendly bear mascot, Flutter—the fourth “B” who helps make Flutter B’s Landing truly one of a kind!

The journey to Flutter B’s Landing is part of the experience. Located just 15 minutes from Blue Ridge and 10 minutes from McCaysville, the drive winds through the natural beauty of North Georgia. Meandering along peaceful country roads, you’ll pass through lush forests, rolling hills, picturesque farms, and stunning mountain scenery.

As the landscape unfolds around you, the pace seems to slow, offering a beautiful transition from everyday life to the peaceful mountain retreat that awaits at Flutter B’s Landing.

Step into the comfort and style of this brand-new luxury cabin, thoughtfully designed with space, convenience, and relaxation in mind. With a covered carport and generous driveway, there’s ample parking for up to five vehicles, making it easy to arrive and settle in.

Enter directly from the covered parking area into the cabin’s spacious, open-concept living area. The bright and inviting layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.

To the left, the beautifully appointed kitchen features a large center island, stainless-steel appliances, abundant cabinetry, and generous counter space—perfect for everything from morning coffee to preparing a family dinner.

The adjacent dining area continues the open, welcoming design, offering seating for eight at the dining table plus three additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Whether you’re sharing a meal, playing games, or simply enjoying conversation, this space is designed to bring everyone together.

The living room is the centerpiece of the main floor, creating a warm and inviting gathering space for family and friends. Relax on the large leather sectional sofa while enjoying the cozy ambiance of the gas fireplace. A 55-inch TV is perfect for movie nights, catching the game, or simply unwinding after a day in the mountains, while the stylish area rug adds warmth and comfort to the space.

Flutter B’s Landing features two spacious king suites on the main level, conveniently located on opposite sides of the living room, with each offering its own unique character and direct access to the outdoor living spaces.

To the left of the living room is the Bird Room, the luxurious master suite inspired by the beauty and importance of birds. This peaceful retreat features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, 55-inch TV, changing seat, and elegant bird-themed décor. Step directly from the bedroom onto the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air creating a vibrant start to your morning.

To the right is Flutter’s Den, our second king suite and a cozy tribute to Flutter, the bear who serves as Flutter B’s Landing’s beloved mascot. The room features a king-size bed, two bedside tables with lamp, a chest, and a 43-inch TV. Like the Bird Room, Flutter’s Den offers direct access to the deck and outdoor fireplace area, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the cabin’s beautiful outdoor spaces.

The Bird Room master bathroom is designed to feel spacious, luxurious, and relaxing. The large bathroom features dual vanities, providing plenty of room and convenience for two, along with an impressive double shower and a large soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the North Georgia mountains.

The second main-level bathroom offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience, with direct access from the adjoining king suite as well as easy access from the main living area. While more intimate in size, it is designed with everything guests need, including a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Just off the dining area, Flutter B’s Landing offers a separate, spacious laundry room for your convenience. The room features a full-size washer and dryer with plenty of space to comfortably handle laundry during your stay.

Step outside onto the spacious main-level deck, where indoor comfort meets the beauty of the North Georgia mountains. Just off the master bedroom, a cozy seating area offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the fresh mountain air.

To the left of the game room is the Bee Room—and don’t worry, these bees don’t sting! 🐝 This cheerful and comfortable bedroom is perfect for families, kids, or friends traveling together.

The room features two queen-size beds, a center bedside table with lamp, dresser, and 55-inch Smart TV, providing plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing stay.

The Bee Room also offers a spacious private bathroom featuring double vanities and a walk-in shower, giving guests their own comfortable and convenient retreat.

With its playful Bee-inspired touches and welcoming design, the Bee Room is a fun part of the Flutter B’s Landing experience.

Pets:
Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on the day of your departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.
